Casein paint

Here is what the textured paint looks like when applied on wood. However, as was demonstrated in step no.9, milk paint can also be applied in thin coats without any texture.

It is also possible to use aqua-dispersions instead of dry pigments to make your milk paint. To create glazes, add the dispersions straight in the casein binder. If you’d prefer a more traditional consistency, add filler pigments or dry pigments in addition to youraqua-dispersion.
