Wet all of the particles of pigments with your spatula.

Organic pigments are hard to wet in water. If you want, to make any water-based paints using organic pigments, we have two recommendations to wet them:

1. You can wet the pigments with alcohol (rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol), once the pigments and wet, you can mix them water. In our experience, this is the best solution.
2. Add a few drops of ox-gall, a wetting agent to the water.
