How to create a user account

FINDING PRODUCTS

Use these tools to find the products you are looking for or to browse the catalogue.

QUANTITY REQUIRED




		Enter the quantity of products that you wish to order. The update of your shopping cart is instantaneous and you can see the total of your order before taxes and freight (if applicable) in the Cart box. To modify a quantity, simply enter the new quantity. To remove an article, just type in 0.

To see your order details at any moment, click on the View cart contents link. You can also change the language in which we address you by clicking on the [ ??? ] link for our French version, the User account link enables you to modify your user settings and the Product information and tips will give you information on the products you are presently viewing.

REVIEWING YOUR ORDER


		Click on the view cart contents link at the top of any catalogue pages, and the following window appears: To modify a quantity, simply enter the new quantity. To remove an article from the order, just type in 0.

SENDING ORDER TO CHECK OUT


		To send your order to the checkout, simply click on the process order button. You can also modify your user settings by clicking on the appropriate button.

SHIPPING METHOD


		For delivery options, you can choose between picking up the merchandise yourself or it can be shipped to you. In that case you can even define a delivery address different from your billing/main address. These options are chosen by clicking on either of the two buttons at the bottom left hand side of the order form screen.

PAYMENT OPTIONS


		You can pay for your materials by credit card or by cheque/money order by clicking on the link corresponding to the payment option you wish to use. Delivery time corresponds to the time your order will take to get to you once the payment is received. Same day for credit card orders and once the check/money order comes in for mail orders.

CONFIRMATION

Once your payment is registered we will issue an e-mail confirmation of your order. You can also print a copy of the order confirmation by clicking on the print button located at the bottom of the screen that will appear after your payment has been submitted. We encourage you to do so and keep this record until your order arrives.

Here it is! Your order is placed and your materials are on their way. The order process is finished. Please take also the time to read how to create your user profile.

USER ACCOUNT


To place an order with us, you need to create a user account on our website. It is a very simple operation which aims at protecting your personal information, the advantages are as follow: You don't have to type the same information every time you order, they are stored for you. The system recognizes you and your preferences; it also applies the right currency for the country that you live in. Your personal informations are not visible anywhere on the website. You can create a user account: By clicking on the user account link on a catalogue page By clicking on the register button in the shopping cart

Note: You can browse the website and create as many orders as you want without being a registered user. However, it will be impossible for you to finalize these orders without registering as a user. If you decide to register in the middle of an order, the system will save your order and will regenerate it for you after the sign in process is over.

Some information is not mandatory (you don't have to give it to us to place an order).
